Prize Draw – Terms and Conditions

Orion Innovation Liverpool FC Play on the Pitch Day

1. The Promoter

1.1 This prize draw is promoted by Orion Innovation (“the Promoter”). By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. The Prize Draw Period

2.1 The prize draw is open for entries from 00:00 (BST) on 24 April 2026 and closes at 12:00 (BST) on Friday 8th May 2026. Entries received outside of this period will be deemed invalid and automatically disqualified.

3. Eligibility

3.1 The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over at the time of entry, with the exception of residents of Northern Ireland, who are not eligible to participate.

3.2 Any individual who is subject to a ban from Anfield Stadium or from Liverpool Football Club, whether by court order, club directive, or any other means, is not eligible to enter or participate in this prize draw.

3.3 Employees of Orion Innovation, their immediate family members, and any individuals professionally connected with any organisations of this prize draw are not eligible to enter.

3.4 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant prior to awarding a prize.

4. How to Enter

4.1 The competition is hosted on Orion Innovation’s LinkedIn, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), and Instagram channels. To enter, participants must follow the relevant Orion Innovation social media channel, like the pinned competition post, and comment on the post stating who their favourite Liverpool FC legend is.

4.2 Only one entry per person per platform is permitted. Multiple entries from the same individual may be disqualified.

4.3 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, or incomplete, including as a result of technical or other issues.

5. The Prize

5.1 There are two (2) prizes available, each consisting of one (1) place at the Orion Innovation Liverpool FC Play on the Pitch Day. The prize comprises the opportunity to participate in an 11-a-side football match played on the pitch at Anfield Stadium, Liverpool. The Promoter will have no responsibility in connection with a winner’s participation in a match. Participation in a match may be subject to separate terms and conditions of Liverpool Football Club.

5.2 The prize comprises the opportunity to participate in an 11-a-side football match played on the pitch at Anfield Stadium, Liverpool.

5.3 Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

5.4 Travel and accommodation are not included as part of the prize. Winners will be responsible for arranging and covering the cost of their own travel to and from the event.

6. The Draw

6.1 The prize draw will take place after the closing date of 12:00 (BST) on Friday 8th May 2026.

6.2 Two (2) winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received across all participating platforms during the entry period.

6.3 The Promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the draw.

7. Winner Notification

7.1 Winners will be notified via the direct messaging function of the social media platform through which they entered.

7.2 Winners must respond to claim their prize within five (5) days of the notification message being sent.

7.3 Failure to respond within this timeframe will result in the prize being forfeited, and a replacement winner will be selected by random draw.

7.4 This process will be repeated until a confirmed winner has been identified for each prize.

7.5 The Promoter accepts no liability for winners who cannot be contacted due to inaccurate, incomplete, or inaccessible account details at the time of entry.

8. Data Protection

8.1 Personal data collected as part of this prize draw will be processed by Orion Innovation in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).

8.2 Personal data will be used solely for the purposes of administering this prize draw and will not be shared with third parties without the participant’s consent, except where required by law. 9. General Conditions

9.1 The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel this prize draw at any time in the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

9.2 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

9.3 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

9.4 Any dispute arising in connection with this prize draw shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9.5 This prize draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with LinkedIn, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), Apple, or any other third-party platform or promoter. Any questions or complaints relating to this prize draw should be directed to Orion Innovation and not to any such third party.
