Our campaign aims to elevate the conversation around gender equality in the workplace, support women in tech, and amplify the collective action of our employees, partners, and broader communities.

Beyond the Pitch: Inspiring Change
In celebration of IWD 2025, we’ve teamed up with Liverpool FC to highlight inspiring stories from women in football, focusing on allyship, overcoming barriers, and driving change. Don’t miss our exclusive roundtable featuring Fara Williams, TV personality and England’s all-time record appearance maker, alongside football players Rachael Laws, Faye Kirby, and Grace Fisk.
Celebrations Across Orion Locations
Europe
Serbia is hosting dance sessions and planning special surprises. In partnership with the British Council, the team is offering the Women in STEM Sponsorship Program, funding a one-year Master’s in the UK. Romania is celebrating women with gift cards and an office event. The UK is organizing a lunch, fun games, and gifting cards, while Lithuania is also distributing gift cards.
North America & LATAM
In offices across North America and LATAM, women's day will be celebrated by a special lunch and an inspiring talk from a guest speaker. Virtual games are planned to bring teams together for some fun.
APAC
In the Philippines, women colleagues will receive a well-deserved day off on March 7th, along with a celebratory lunch party. In India, a virtual session on protein intake, alongside engaging in-person activities across all locations to make the occasion memorable.
